Metalcraft was a new build for Livingston Properties (in partnership) and is a good example of a premises built specifically for the company concerned. The structure was built on a piece of land owned by Livingston Properties but was then sold to the tenant after construction. A large number of consultants were brought in on this build, including consulting engineer Geoff Kell, who assisted with the complex construction of this large industrial building.

Once again, MSL was a building designed and built specifically for a company. MSL is an example of a modern column free building providing efficient space for shelving and racking systems.  The building was later sold on to the company.
