Saddlery Warehouse
This was a building that Livingston Properties transformed from a warehouse covering 100% of the site into modern retail and showroom space. Architect Raiford Gardiner’s flare with Geoff Kell’s structural expertise provided an attractive outcome.

This business had previously been working from two separate sites, so Livingston Properties built an addition to the building and completely refitted the working space, consulting with designer Graeme Linwood, while fire work was done by Bruce Williams.
Metalcraft
Metalcraft was a new build for Livingston Properties (in partnership) and is a good example of a premises built specifically for the company concerned. The structure was built on a piece of land owned by Livingston Properties but was then sold to the tenant after construction. A large number of consultants were brought in on this build, including consulting engineer Geoff Kell, who assisted with the complex construction of this large industrial building.
